Blue Point Oysters from the Great South Bay — shucked fresh on the half shell, all evening long. Armed with a blade, a leather glove, and what can only be described as a calling, our shucker will be stationed at the raw bar from 5 PM. Mignonette, cocktail sauce, lemon. The Sound provides the rest.
Colin has already put in a standing order. He has been informed to pace himself. He will not pace himself.

Beloved Sea Cliff DJ Valentine will be on the decks all night, spinning exclusively on vinyl. A local favorite and all-around excellent human, Valentine will keep the energy right where it should be — easy early, lively late, and locked in through the fireworks.
From 5 PM on, expect a smooth progression from backyard summer hangs to full party momentum. Good records, great timing, and the right vibe all night long.
